Thickeners used: natural guar gum and/or natural carob bean gum. We use fresh Finnish cream and organic pasteurized whole milk from Heikkilän Juustola. Berries are alway Finnish.
All our milk ice-creams are pasteurised and made with: fresh Finnish milk and cream, sugars, natural carob bean and/or and guar gum and the main characterizing flavour ingredients. For some flavours we don’t use any thickener, we use instead vegetable proteins and fibres.
All our fruit flavours are made using only water, as much as possible of fruit, sugars, vegetable fibres and proteins. They are always vegan.
